Okay, so we played on our last name in selecting the title Cruising Done Right. It could have been cheesier — Cruising DUNN Right — but we thought that would be over-DOING-it. Besides, by now we’ve heard all the “Dunn” lines….Are you Dunn yet?…Tonight’s dinner is going to be overDunn!…and on and on.
What we really want you to know about us is that we crave cruising, that we have an extensive editorial, publishing and travel background, that our kids have always called Nancy “The Travel Queen” and Bob “The Baggage Handler” so there’s always a suitcase packed.
We also have become part of the Ports and Bows team headed by Canadian cruise expert writer Phil Reimer, who produces at least five blogs a week, plus a column that appears in 11 major markets in Canada.
If you’ve been following us for the last year or so, you know that we’re interested in sharing our cruise news, views and journals with you — hey, we’d just like to enlighten and entertain you. We’ll be blogging every day — okay, we take most weekends off — so check back often for what’s happening in cruising, including all the good deals we can find for you. Oh yes, and while it is always our intention, we won’t brag that our cruises are always Dunn right — but we do hope after following the good, the bad and the ugly of our travels that you’ll also know more about how Cruising is Done Right!
